The success of the Capital Challenge Walk MS is directly related to the wonderful volunteers who help make the event go off without a hitch. We welcome volunteers with a wide range of talents and skills. There is only one requirement: a commitment to helping end MS!

There are many ways to help at the Capital Challenge Walk MS, and be a part of this life-changing experience. You can volunteer for a couple of hours, or crew the event and be with us for the entire weekend. Volunteers and Crew members are not required to raise funds. However, we will happily provide fundraising information for anyone that wishes to help raise money.

There are many jobs to choose from including registration and cheering at the finish line. Register now!

Challenge Walk MS has three types of volunteer options:

Super Crew

Extraordinary volunteers pledge to raise the $1,500 fundraising minimum in additional to volunteering throughout the weekend, and receive special recognition. 

Crew

Dedicated volunteers who work all event days.

Volunteer

Spirited individuals who volunteer for one or more shifts for one or both days of the Challenge Walk MS, but who aren't available to help the entire weekend. 

* Please note that volunteers between the ages of 12 and 17 will need to have a parent or guardian complete a youth waiver.
