The Capital Challenge Walk MS is more than just walking 50k in two days. It is the challenge of making a journey together, the challenge of forging real connections, on and off the road, the challenge of sharing stories, energy and real hope for an end to MS.
By volunteering, you can be a part of this life-changing experience.
There are many ways to help - you can volunteer for a couple of hours, or Crew the event and be with us for the entire weekend. Volunteers and Crew members are not required to raise funds. However, we will happily provide fundraising information for anyone that wishes to help raise money.

Crew
Crew members are a group of dedicated individuals that work and travel with us during both days of the event. Crew members pay a registration fee, which helps to underwrite housing and meal costs.

Super Crew
Become part of the Super Crew! Super Crew members raise the $1,500 fundraising minimum, just like the walkers, but will volunteer for the weekend. Super Crew is a great way to support the event, and help move us closer to a world free of MS. Super Crew members will receive special recognition at the event.
